An object study of leather boots with emphasis on materiality. Ink with aquarelle wash.

Preparation Studies:

Aquarelle remains as one of the most favoured and precise analogue techniques for scientific illustration to this day. It requires a slow patient workflow and meticulous layering of thin washes of colors  in order to achieve the most accurate and timeless results.
